Scientail is the place to learn STEM.

WHAT IS SCIENTAIL?

Simply put, Scientail is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing the youth of the Cary-Morrisville with hands-on learning experiences in the field of Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, and Art! We do this through a combination of in person and online events, to encourage participation in our mission of getting kids the skills they need to pursue STEM careers in later life.

Why not! Scientail is the best option for hands-on activities related to STEM for completely NO PRICE for kids that need it. We provide a level of hands-on that is not seen anywhere else.

We are a group of 7 high schoolers, creating dreams for many. We hope to help the STEM field grow. This same group of 7 high school students coded this website from scratch and make up the Board of Directors!

In-person activities will be organized in picnic shelters in various parks around Cary as well as libraries or schools. Most events will be 1-2 hours long, and centered around either engineering, science, art, math, or technology. Keeping in mind the current situation, class sizes will be small and masking mandatory.

Utilizing short lessons, crafting activities, and real-world examples, we aim to pique the youths’ interests and show them what’s possible with a stem career. They can gain exposure to all sorts of fields and engage in tasks that reinforce teamwork and individuality.
